Under normal circumstances we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, however the photography of opal is very much an art form.
And we understand the nature of purchasing opal jewellery from the internet, that on the rare occasion you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your opals. Unfortunately we cannot refund delivery costs.
Please contact us before returning any opals.
Opals and jewellery must be returned to us in the condition in which they were received - unworn, unused and in original packaging, including any certificates. You are responsible for delivery costs back to us.
Returns should be sent back using a traceable service, we cannot refund or replace items that have been lost in transit to us.
You are covered by Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If the goods you receive have been damaged in transit, please contact us by telephone or email immediately on the day of receipt. If the package is damaged on arrival, you may be asked to return the goods with its original packaging.
